thingNY: Highlights from SPAM v. 2.0 from thingNY on Vimeo. On Friday, February 25, 2011, experimental music ensemble thingNY premiered and attempted to premiere nearly one hundred new musical works from around the world at
the LaGuardia Performing Arts Center in Long Island City. SPAM v. 2.0 is
thingNY's second-annual experimental variety show of commissioned
compositions and nonpositions from composers, writers, video artists, friends, relatives and strangers.
